Pixel art has been a part of my life for as long as I've been making art digitally. It holds a place in my heart as one of my favorite art forms, and I've worked on it since I first got my hands on Microsoft Paint in 2009.

Pixel Art and Animation
These are character designs based on some levels from Sonic 3 and Knuckles.
I enjoy editing existing sprites in a new context when not working on original pixel art. This piece is an example of such an edit. In Sonic CD, enemies have a variant where they break down and malfunction. I wanted to give enemies from an unrelated Sonic game, Sonic 3 and Knuckles, the same treatment.
